Cancellation Policy

REFUND + CANCELLATION POLICY At In•Fluxx Studios, we are committed to creating a thoughtful, intentional, and high-quality wellness experience for all clients and class participants. Please review the policies below prior to booking. BOOKING + PAYMENT Payment in full is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your session or class spot. ALL SALES FINAL All services, classes, packages, workshops, events, and digital purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all private session cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the full session fee being charged or forfeiture of the booked session. GROUP CLASS POLICY Due to limited class capacity, group class bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible. Participants are allowed a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled class start time. To maintain the integrity and flow of the class experience, late entry beyond 10 minutes may not be permitted. Please allow adequate time for parking, check-in, waiver completion, and mat setup prior to class. NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend a scheduled session or class without notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
